A Course in Harmony With Its Setting
Lake Toxaway’s private golf course is an 18-hole, Kris Spence-designed championship course set within the hills and valleys of Lake Toxaway Estates. Framed by Blue Ridge Mountain views, dramatic topography, and glimpses of the lake, the course feels less imposed on the land and more naturally carved from it.
After a major renovation completed in 2008, the course became a stronger and more refined test of golf while remaining enjoyable for a wide range of players. Low-handicap golfers will find strategy, accuracy, and shot-making opportunities throughout the round, while newer golfers and families can appreciate wider fairways, bail-out areas, and a course that is welcoming enough to play often.
